Mobile App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the Marriage Biodata Maker Pro mobile application (the "App") developed by Jaydeep Chauhan and the choices you have associated with that data.

    • Google Account Information: When you use Google Login, we collect your Name and Email Address.
    • Phone Number
    • Images/Photos (for biodata creation)
    • Personal details (Date of Birth, Education, Profession, caste, etc.) provided for biodata
  • Usage Data: We may also collect information on how the App is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include device information, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

2. Use of Data

Marriage Biodata Maker Pro uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our App services
  • To allow you to create and manage your marriage biodatas
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests
  • To process payments securely through our payment partners
  • To monitor the usage of our App and prevent technical issues

3. Data Storage and Security

We prioritize your privacy. While much of the data you provide for biodata creation is stored locally on your device, your account details (Name, Email) and biodata metadata are stored on our secure servers to enable cloud sync and premium features.

Your payment information is never stored on our app. All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party Service Providers to facilitate our App and perform services on our behalf. These include:

  • Google Play Services: Core application functionality.
  • Google Login: Authentication and profile management.
  • Cashfree: Secure payment processing for premium templates and subscriptions.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase: App performance and usage monitoring.

5. Data Control, Account Deletion & Reset

We respect your right to control your data. You have the following options within the App:

  • Delete Account: To permanently delete your account and all associated personal information from our app, go to Settings > Delete Account.
  • Delete All Data (Reset): To clear all local and synced data while keeping your account, go to Settings > Delete All Data.

Once an account is deleted, your saved biodatas, personal profile information, and subscription history will be permanently removed from our active databases and cannot be recovered.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for use by individuals aged 16 and above.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children under 16 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our app.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
